From Vision to Reality
Our founder, Ramon Pons, arrived in Mallorca from Bulgaria at the age of 4 and has called the island home for over 25 years. This unique combination of international perspective and deep local roots gives our team an unmatched understanding of both visitor needs and island logistics.
In 2015, at age 21, Ramon identified a critical gap in safe, reliable transport to Mallorca's traditional festivals. This led to the creation of Verbus, a pioneering web and mobile application designed to improve festival transportation.
By 2017, we had expanded our vision to serve the broader tourism market, founding what is now known as mallorcatransfer.taxi (operating under 89transfers). Our commitment to innovation, safety, and customer satisfaction has made us one of the leading transfer services on the island.
