Meeting your driver
Where will I meet my driver?
At Palma Airport (PMI): Find your driver in the Arrival hall at the meeting point between columns 3 & 4, in front of Paul Express Coffee & Bakery. The driver will be holding a sign with your name for easy recognition.
At Your Hotel or Address: Your driver will meet you at the main entrance or nearby if direct access isn't possible.
What if I can't find my driver right away?
Our drivers are punctual, but delays can happen, especially during busy summer months. If your driver is delayed, we will contact you. If you have waited more than 10 minutes without any contact from us, please give us a call.
Booking my transfer
Can I get a quote without booking?
Yes, you can. Just enter your details such as the origin address, travel dates, and number of passengers into our system. It will instantly calculate a quote for you. If you're happy with the price, you can proceed to book my transfer.
How far in advance should I book my transfer?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we do accept last-minute bookings as well. If you book on short notice, we will confirm if we can accommodate your request or help you with alternative options or cancellation if necessary.
Can I book for others, like guests or friends?
Yes, you can book for others. Just provide all the necessary details of the travelers, including their contact information and names. Please note that at least one adult (18 years or older) must be present on the date of the transfer.
Changing or cancelling your booking
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can change or cancel my booking free of charge up to 24 hours before my scheduled transfer. To cancel, simply email us at bookings@mallorcatransfer.taxi with my booking details.
What will I be charged after the free cancellation period?
If you choose the "Pay later" option and cancel after the free cancellation period has ended, we will issue an invoice for the full transfer charge.
Details about your ride
How many people can the transfer accommodate?
We can accommodate up to 12 passengers, including children and babies. For groups larger than 12, please place multiple bookings.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, following Spanish Transport laws, we offer child and baby seats at no extra cost to ensure the safety and comfort of your youngest travellers.
Are children and babies included in the passenger count?
Yes, as required by Spanish Transport laws, they need their seats and are included in the passenger count.
Do I need a printout of my booking?
No, you don't need a printout. Just show your ID or the confirmation email on your phone. We aim to keep things simple and eco-friendly.
Payment options
How can I pay for my transfer?
You can choose to "pay now" using our secure Stripe gateway or select the "pay later" option. For "pay later" bookings, you can pay by card, smartphone, contactless, or cash in euros (€) at the time of my transfer.
Can I pay for others, like my guests?
Yes, you can. Simply place a booking and choose the "pay now" option. Alternatively, you can email us to request a payment link or invoice with your details.
Cash payments
Is cash payment an option?
Yes, for those who selected the "pay later" option, cash payment in euros (€) is perfectly acceptable alongside other payment methods mentioned.
